Will any English player reach 15 Premier League goals this season?

There have been plenty of goals in the Premier League season but no English player has been in reliable form as we head towards the World Cup.
In all but two of every single Premier League season since the 1992/93 campaign an English player scored 15 or more goals, a target that no current player has reached so far this season with four games remaining for most teams.
Those two seasons without an English player firing on all cylinders throughout the season came in succession: 2006/07 and 2007/08.
In the 06/07 campaign Wayne Rooney was the top English scorer in the Premier League but only netted 14 times.
The following campaign was the lowest tally for an English 'top scorer'. Both Rooney and Jermain Defoe could manage only 12 goals in the same season that Cristiano Ronaldo bagged 31 for Manchester United.
This season is at least better than 07/08 with both Danny Welbeck and Morgan Gibbs-White already on 13 goals. Just off those two, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Ollie Watkins are both on 11 goals and will be no doubt aiming for more in their final games.
Meanwhile, the likes of Cole Palmer, Morgan Rogers, Jarrod Bowen, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, and Eberechi Eze have all popped up with goals throughout the season but none of them are yet to reach double figures in the Premier League.
Of course, this is unlikely to be of too much concern for Thomas Tuchel just yet. After all, Harry Kane in current form does more than enough scoring for everyone netting 33 goals in just 28 Bundesliga games.
However, should Kane not be available then perhaps goals may be at a premium this summer.
