AFC Wimbledon booked their Wembley place after completing a 2-0 aggregate win over Notts County.

The Dons earned a 1-0 win in the first leg and were well on their way to a spot in the final early on in this game and in style too.

A ball over the top from Joe Lewis found Josh Neufville who instinctively lifted the ball over Alex Bass in the eighth minute with a superb bit of quick thinking and skill.

The home side were the better team for the majority of the game and Notts County had Bass to think that the scoreline wasn't bigger.

The goalkeeper needed to make a fine save midway through the second half when a ball from the right looked destined for the net when Matty Stevens got his head to it only for Bass to get down in time.

As the game went on, Wimbledon were able to keep the visitors at bay and book their Wembley date with Walsall for a spot in League One next season.
