Liverpool faced off against Galatasaray at the RAMS Stadium earlier this evening as they looked to secure a good result on the road in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League last 16 tie. The Reds made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the seventh minute when Mario Lemina found the back of the net. Arne Slot’s men failed to mount a comeback and were trailing 1-0 at the half-time break.
The Merseyside club failed to find the leveller in the second 45 minutes and crashed to a poor 1-0 loss away from home.
Let’s take a look at how each Liverpool player fared during the clash against Galatasaray.
GK: Giorgi Mamardashvili – 7/10
