Tijuana.- In a great display of unity and determination, Gabriel Milito's team never gave up and managed to turn around a big deficit at Estadio Caliente, scoring three goals in 20 minutes to seal a 3-3 draw against Xolos in a match corresponding to Week 6 of the 2025 Apertura.

Guadalajara failed in some defensive situations and quickly fell behind on the scoreboard, forcing them to fight back for most of the match. Although they tried different approaches, the Rebaño Sagrado couldn't find their aim, and just when they were playing their best, they received two fatal blows from Tijuana, who looked set to take all three points.

However, in the final minutes of the match, Chivas showed its mettle and scored three great goals to tie the match. First, it was "La Hormiga" who, with tremendous control and great finishing, brought the team closer, while Efraín Álvarez and Roberto Alvarado scored two works of art to seal the tie at Estadio Caliente.

The Rebaño even had the opportunity to win with two dangerous chances in stoppage time, but had to settle for sharing points with the Fronterizos. Following this draw, Guadalajara will host Cruz Azul at AKRON Stadium on Saturday, August 30.

The goals

1-0: Gilberto Mora opened the scoring in the 4th minute after a defensive lapse by the Rebaño left a loose ball inside the area.

2-0: Tijuana extended its lead in the 51st minute thanks to Frank Boya, who finished with a sliding shot in the six-yard box.

3-0: Xolos seemed to seal the match with a rather strange goal by Mora, the result of a series of rebounds in the area.

3-1: Armando González pulled Guadalajara closer in the 73rd minute with a tremendous finish inside the box after an extraordinary through ball from Erick Gutiérrez.

3-2: Chivas continued to fight and closed the gap in the 83rd minute with a memorable goal from Efraín Álvarez, who took an extraordinary long-range free kick, curling it into the top corner with an impeccable left-footed shot.

3-3: In stoppage time, Roberto Alvarado took the lead on the right wing and, after a great run, fired a shot into the top corner to dramatically tie the game.
