Captain Robin Koch promises a strong showing in Hamburg to end the year and lays out his aims for 2026.

Dear Eintracht fans, dear Eagles,

We all know what makes our club so special. Our history, our values and above all, the people who live and breathe Eintracht. And with the year coming to an end, we can feel how important this togetherness is. We are a special club and a unique community, no doubt about that. We are a club with a fantastic history and certainly with the potential for greatness in the future.

We are writing these new chapters together, week by week, game by game. As the year comes to an end and ahead of the final match of 2025, we can all feel how important these moments are. In Hamburg, we must and we want to show what Eintracht Frankfurt is all about: passion, solidarity and the unbridled will to work together to go beyond our limits.

In my role as captain, I can see every day just how much quality and character there is in this club. We know that we have had our ups and down so far this season. There are things that we can improve on, and we will be working on them in the new year.

You as fans play a decisive role when it comes to pushing our limits and going beyond. You are our support and our driving force – the reason why we fight and we win. What you give us is impossible to put into words. We need you – loud, proud and with the firm belief that together, we can achieve more.

Let’s turn the match in Hamburg into a pre-Christmas celebration. We won’t be handing out any gifts to the opposition, and we’ll be ready to give it our all one last time in 2025. We want to round out the year with a win and tuck three points under the Christmas tree. For you, for us and for the club.
