Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann announced his squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup on Thursday, with FC Bayern having by far the most players in the DFB squad

Originally, the nominations were to be made on 12 May, but the DFB postponed the announcement of the World Cup squad in order to gain a better overview. This also extended the period of speculation.
