Wolves defender Toti is targeting Carabao Cup action tonight.
On Tuesday evening Wolves host Preston North End in the Carabao Cup, and should Lage hand out opportunities to members of his squad, Toti is one player who would come into contention, and is raring to go for the season, having sat out the opening three Premier League games.
Toti told the club's website, “I don't really have any specific goals or targets in mind this season, I just want to keep working every day. Of course, I would like more game time, but every player wants to have that, but my main aim is to help the team as much as I can, help them every day in training, and after, when I have the opportunity to play, just give my best.
“This year, especially because we've changed the tactics and the formation of the team compared to last year, there have been a lot of things we've been working on specifically as a group as well as individually, especially for my position as we need to change.
“Last season we were a back three, this season we're a back two, so we've been training that way since the beginning of the pre-season and improving as much as we can some of the little details and little things that will help the bigger picture."
