Wolves have told supporters their rearranged Premier League meeting with Arsenal on Wednesday evening remains scheduled despite a yellow weather warning for snow.

The club said in a statement that there are no current doubts over the fixture, with safety staff monitoring conditions throughout the day. A snow warning is in place from four pm today until six am on Thursday.

The Molineux game had been set for next month, but was brought forward after Arsenal reached the EFL Cup final.

The warning covers parts of Wales, central England and the southern Pennines, with periods of rain and snow possible on Wednesday evening and overnight. The risk of significant disruption is assessed as very low, although conditions could deteriorate quickly in places.

Supporters are advised to check travel updates, allow extra time for journeys, dress appropriately and take care around Molineux.
