Wolves have sold out 22,500 season tickets for 2026-27, the club confirmed, ensuring bumper backing as they target an immediate Premier League return.
Around 600 were snapped up within 40 minutes when the last remaining tickets went on general sale on Monday morning.
The surge comes despite a miserable campaign, with Wolves relegated after winning just three matches and finishing bottom of the Premier League.
Every season ticket was reduced by at least 25 per cent for the club’s first year outside the top flight since 2017-18. Sales are around 5,000 higher than for that campaign.
More than 20,000 supporters renewed, with about 1,500 from the waiting list buying before general sale.
Head coach Cesar Peixoto, appointed earlier this month to replace Rob Edwards, is tasked with engineering a swift return. Wolves have already signed free agents Kieran Trippier and Raul Jimenez as they look to revamp a squad that struggled in the top flight.
