According to ExpressAndStar.com, Wolves have submitted a bid for Olympiacos winger Andre Luiz.

The 24-year-old right winger joined in January, has 10 appearances and one assist, and is under contract until 2030. A bid of about £12m has gone in, with Olympiacos, owned by Nottingham Forest chief Evangelos Marinakis, said to want more. An unnamed club is claimed to have tabled £13.6 million earlier this summer.

Wolves are monitoring Canada international Niko Sigur of Hadjuk Split. The 22-year-old can operate in midfield or at right-back and impressed at the World Cup. He is valued at about £2.5m, a modest outlay for Cesar Peixoto’s side.

A permanent return to Celta Vigo for Wolves attacker Fer Lopez is considered unlikely after protracted talks. The 22-year-old spent last season on loan back at his former club, who had explored a deal. With that avenue seemingly closed for now, Lopez could feature in pre-season.

There is long-standing interest in Villa’s England forward Morgan Rogers. Meanwhile, Mikel Arteta’s side are said to have an eye on Villa defender Ezri Konsa, 28, who has been integral to Unai Emery’s revival.

Udinese midfielder Arthur Atta is on Villa’s radar. The 23-year-old Frenchman broke through in Serie A, playing 28 league games and scoring six in 30 across all competitions. He previously had a loan at Udinese, has three years left on his deal, and has attracted Everton and Fulham.

Villa’s Amadou Onana suffered a serious injury for Belgium in the tournament this week.
