Wolves’ struggles in the Premier League continued as they fell 3-0 to Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday, extending their winless streak to ten games.
The visitors were handed an early setback in the ninth minute when Ryan Sessegnon capitalised on a defensive error from Santi Bueno to fire Fulham ahead, with Raúl Jiménez providing the through ball.
Wolves tried to respond, but matters worsened when Emmanuel Agbadou was shown a straight red card in the 36th minute for a foul on Josh King, leaving Vítor Pereira’s men down to ten before half-time.
In the second half, Harry Wilson doubled Fulham’s advantage in the 62nd minute, finishing a rebound into the bottom corner, while an own goal from Yerson Mosquera in the 75th minute sealed a comprehensive victory for Marco Silva’s side.
The defeat leaves Wolves bottom of the table and eight points adrift of safety, continuing a worrying start to the season, while the Cottagers sit 14th in the table
