Women’s First Team Manager Eoin Wearen Departs | OneFootball

Shelbourne FC wish to announce that Women’s First Team Manager, Eoin Wearen is to depart the club upon the expiry of his contract.

Eoin joined Shelbourne in the summer of 2023 as part of the Academy coaching staff before being appointed Women’s First Team Manager ahead of the 2024 season.

During his tenure, the Reds achieved back-to-back runners-up finishes in the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division and lifted the FAI Women’s Cup in 2024. Shels also claimed the FAI Women’s President’s Cup in 2025. We thank Eoin for his efforts at Tolka Park.

The club has begun the process of appointing a new Women’s First Team Manager ahead of the 2026 season.

Shelbourne remain committed to building on the strong foundations within the women’s game, ensuring the club is consistently competing for and winning honours and further strengthening the pathway from academy to first team.
