Just a few weeks remain before the big event: the draw for the 2026 World Cup.
The 48 qualified nations will be divided into 12 groups of 4 teams each.
The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC, the capital of the United States, will host the draw for the 2026 World Cup on Friday, December 5, starting at 12:00 local time (16:00 GMT).
The ceremony will be broadcast on all major international sports channels, as well as on FIFA's official platform (FIFA+).
In addition to the three host countries (Mexico, Iran, United States, and Canada), 25 other nations have already secured their spots for the 2026 World Cup: Morocco, Brazil, Ivory Coast, South Korea, Argentina, Tunisia, Jordan, Cape Verde, England, Japan, Uruguay, Ghana, Australia, Algeria, Paraguay, Ecuador, Egypt, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Qatar, South Africa, Uzbekistan, and Senegal.
