On Friday, Roberto Martínez revealed his list for the upcoming clashes against Ireland and Armenia—crucial fixtures as they mark the final two matches in the 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign. Legend Cristiano Ronaldo is once again included. Key PSG players João Neves, Vitinha, and Gonçalo Ramos have also received the call-up.
Carlos Forbs, the young winger from Club Brugge, has also been called up—an award for his outstanding performance against FC Barcelona in the Champions League. As a reminder, Portugal currently tops its group, holding a comfortable six-point lead over Croatia.
