Monaco centre-backs Wout Faes and Eric Dier will miss several weeks after picking up injuries during the 0-0 draw at Le Havre on matchday 19 of Ligue 1.
The club said Faes has a moderate external sprain of his left ankle and Dier has a right hamstring injury, adding that the latter is not the same as his October problem and is not considered a recurrence.
Faes, a winter signing, left after a heavy contact with Ally Samatta and was replaced by Dier in the 29th minute.
Dier later suffered a muscle issue and made way for Jordan Teze in the 70th minute.
Dier had already missed four weeks between October and November with a right hamstring injury, then another four weeks between November and December because of a calf problem. Both players now return to the treatment room.
