FC Barcelona remain relentless, and they have now secured their first victory in the UEFA Champions League this season. By taking care of Feyenoord, the Catalan giants are now prepared for whatever challenge lies ahead.

A 5-1 thrashing at the Spotify Camp Nou, it saw Raphinha score a brace, Lamine Yamal score a goal, and both Karim Adeyemi and Gabriel Jesus got a goal as well. Across the board, it was a strong performance from everyone included in the team.

Joan Garcia: 8.5/10

The Spanish goalkeeper made some massive saves and he will be disappointed with his defenders for not ensuring that he got his clean sheet. Beyond that, his own reflexes and distribution were both commendable.

Jules Kounde: 6.5/10

Despite some promising signs, it is clear to see that Jules Kounde is far from his best right now. He should have done a lot better to track his man who ended up scoring Feyenoord’s only goal. Still, he showed glimpses of his brilliance at times too.

Pau Cubarsi: 8.5/10

Almost flawless in his distribution and his defensive contributions across the game were crucial as well. The youngster continues to be dominant at the back, and this was yet another exceptional performance.

Andreas Christensen: 8.0/10

Made some great tackles, particularly later on as the game went on. His passing and general distribution was good, and he did well to compete in his duels as well.

Joao Cancelo: 8.0/10

The Portuguese full-back finally got his start and proved his quality instantly. His general play was sharp and creative, and he also managed to provide the assist to Karim Adeyemi for his goal.

Rodri: 8.0/10

Always willing to win duels to get the ball back to his teammates, Rodri did well to maintain the team’s structure. His passing and distribution both paved the way for the team to create more opportunities as well.

Pedri: 8.5/10

Created some big chances and also managed to provide a scintillating assist to Raphinha for his goal. Beyond that, Pedri controlled the entire game for Barcelona and Hansi Flick’s side always seemed to be in control with him on the field.

Lamine Yamal: 9.5/10

Few words can describe just how incredibly important Lamine Yamal is to this Barcelona team. Beyond just his ridiculous skills on the ball, he also managed to score a direct free-kick goal, and provided two assists as well.

Dani Olmo: 7.5/10

Eager to make an impact and he did well to link up with his teammates to make some memorable moves come to life. However, he was ultimately not as big of a threat as he should and could have been for Barcelona during this game.

Karim Adeyemi: 8.0/10

Scored a ridiculous goal from distance and his pace was always a threat for Feyenoord. Thanks to his pressing and relentlessness, Barça were able to keep the opposition on their toes.

Raphinha: 9.0/10

The Brazilian forward remains unstoppable, and he showcased that once again. He found the back of the net twice in this game as well, and his ridiculous goalscoring form continues to be Barça’s biggest weapon alongside his intensity and work-rate. His first goal, in particular, was truly a work of art.

Marc Bernal: 6.0/10

Came in for Pedri and did a decent enough job at winning the ball back and distributing it to his teammates.

Anthony Gordon: 6.5/10

A bit more refined in possession when compared to a player like Adeyemi, the overall play felt a bit more controlled with the English winger on the field.

Fermin Lopez: 6.5/10

Looked determined to find the back of the net and definitely came close. Always good to see Fermin Lopez playing with intensity.

Not enough time or influence on the game to warrant a rating.

Scored his first ever goal for Barcelona with a great header, and he was decent apart from that as well.
