Yann Karamoh joins Sampdoria after leaving FC Porto

Sampdoria have signed Yann Karamoh, the Serie B club announced on Saturday, following his exit from FC Porto at the end of last season.

Karamoh, 28, is a French winger who was born in Ivory Coast.

He has agreed a contract running to 2027, with an option for a further season.

The move takes him back to Italy, where he has previously played for Torino, Parma and Inter.

Last season he made only two first-team appearances for Porto, featuring more often with the second team and scoring two in eight matches.
