Falkirk beat St Mirren 2-0 in Paisley to record back-to-back league wins, leaving the hosts on three straight defeats.

Finn Yeats opened the scoring in the 55th minute, rifling from outside the box into the top left corner.

Calvin Miller doubled the lead (61.) with a right-footed finish into the same corner from the centre of the area.

St Mirren's afternoon worsened when goalkeeper Shamal George went off injured (66.), with Ryan Mullen drafted in.

The Bairns controlled possession at 61.9% and fashioned 11 attempts, using width and set pieces to pin the hosts back. St Mirren mustered nine attempts and four corners but lacked a cutting edge.
