EXCLUSIVE! The truth about the Chelsea FC project!

There has been some insights already on what Rosenior was working on in training, as well as one surprise player who joined the session.

As well as this, Chelsea have now officially confirmed the backroom coaching staff who have joined Rosenior’s team and will be with him on this journey.

Rosenior has some decent players to work with, of course, and there are already some standouts who he will really enjoy working with.

One of those will be Estevao, who has had a really good start to his life as a Chelsea player and is showing a lot of promise.

It looks like Estevao’s work rate has stood our for Rosenior already, who has seemingly been working on the counter press in training yesterday.

There has been a couple videos floating around on X last night, one of which was showing Rosenior saying “yes Estevao, yes, good reaction!”

There was another video as well where Rosenior walks off the pitch with his arm around Estevao praising his work again.

Estevao will be key

I mean, what manager would not enjoy working with Estevao? He seemingly has it all and will be world class once he is fully developed, I have no doubts about that.

He will be a key player for Rosenior and the style of football that he wants to play, with an intense high press and counter press.
