Juventus have welcomed Kenan Yildiz back into training, offering Luciano Spalletti a lift as the club await clarity on the fitness of Jeff Ekhator.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, the Turkey forward reported to the J Medical centre for routine checks before rejoining his teammates at the Continassa, where a tailored programme has been prepared following the knee problem he carried in recent weeks.
Staff will manage his reintegration carefully to avoid any risk of relapse, with the number 10 regarded as central to Spalletti’s project. New signing Zeki Celik, having completed individual work, also joins full group training from today.

Less encouraging is the situation surrounding Ekhator, who limped out of Saturday’s friendly against Basel with a thigh problem. He will undergo scans to determine the severity, with the club hopeful it is nothing serious.
The Basel match underlined Juventus’ most pressing need: a genuine centre-forward.
Giovanni Carnevali and Frederic Massara are under pressure to accelerate, with Randal Kolo Muani and Mateo Pellegrino the leading targets, and the club intent on signing two forwards to complete a squad Spalletti believes he can build around.
