United’s Under-18s head coach challenged the fan near the first-team coach after players had declined to stop for autographs, earning applause from other supporters at the scene.

The incident followed a comfortable evening on the pitch as the Red Devils marked their return to the Champions League with a comprehensive win over their Azerbaijani opponents.
