Zetterer nominated for award | OneFootball

Eintracht goalkeeper Michael Zetterer has been put forward for the Bundesliga Player of the Month award for April.

The Bundesliga is looking for its Player of the Month for April, and the six-strong list of candidates includes Eintracht’s very own Michael Zetterer. The goalkeeper is in competition with Alejandro Grimaldo and Ibrahim Maza from Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Leipzig’s Yan Diomande, Moritz Nicolas of Borussia Mönchengladbach and 1. FC Heidenheim’s Patrick Mainka. 

Voting is already open and will run until 23:59 CEST on Sunday 26 April. 

Fans will have a significant say in the outcome. Votes from representatives of the 18 different clubs will count for 30 per cent, as will those of the panel of experts, while fan votes will get the remaining 40 per cent of the weighting.
