Jan Ziolkowski is one step away from becoming a new Roma player.

The young Polish defender, who has been followed by the Giallorossi for several days now, is ready to bid farewell to Legia Warsaw after the second leg of the Europa League preliminary round, which will be played tomorrow evening against AEK Larnaca.

The match, which will be played in Poland, looks like a practically impossible task for the hosts, given the heavy 4-1 defeat in the first leg against the Cypriot side.

According to Il Messaggero, the match against AEK Larnaca will likely be Ziolkowski’s last appearance for the Polish club.

Once the match is over, the young defender could be ready to leave for the capital, with the agreement between the two clubs now in principle finalized.

Only a few details remain to be ironed out regarding the deal, particularly the percentage of the player’s future resale, which will be set at 10%. The deal should therefore be completed shortly, with the Pole ready to begin a new adventure in Serie A, under the guidance of Gian Piero Gasperini.
