As VI report, Jong Oranje coach Michael Reiziger is starting a new cycle with his team after the last European Championship and has selected a plethora of debutants.

There will be 12 newcomers for Jong Oranje in the upcoming international break, where they will play an international match with Israel behind closed doors.

Don-Angelo Konadu (Ajax), Dave Kwakman, Elijah Dijkstra, Kees Smit, Ro-Zangelo Daal (all AZ), Jayden Addai (Como), Thijmen Blokzijl, Jorg Schreuders (both FC Groningen), Mats Rots (FC Twente), Tom de Graaff (PEC Zwolle), Jozhua Vertrouwd (Rayo Vallecano) and Marvin Young (Sparta Rotterdam) are all set to make a possible debut for the Dutch reserves.

Konadu, Dijkstra, Smit, and Rots, among others, are being promoted after a successful European Championship with the Dutch U19 team. The talented Dutch youngsters won the European Championship, with Smit getting voted Player of the Tournament.

Lamare Bogarde (Aston Villa), Wouter Goes, Rome-Jayden Owusu-Oduro (both AZ), Ernest Poku (Bayer Leverkusen), Antoni Milambo (Brentford), Thom van Bergen (FC Groningen), Rav van den Berg (FC Köln), Gjivai Zechiël (FC Utrecht), Ruben van Bommel (PSV), Niek Schiks (PSV) and Ezechiel Banzuzi (RB Leipzig) are the other names that could be considered for playing time in the upcoming European Championship qualifying cycle.

The Dutch Under-21s have one international match scheduled for the coming period, at home against the Israeli Under-21s. As part of the European Championship qualifying period, the match will be played at the VVV-Venlo stadium, with kick-off at 5:00 PM (CET). In consultation with the authorities, it has been decided to play this match behind closed doors for security reasons. In Group G, they will also play against Bosnia-Herzegovina, Norway, and Slovenia.
