AC Milan have collected just 19 points after 12 games in this Serie A season, which is far from good enough. Indeed, compared to previous seasons, this is the lowest tally in quite some time.

Milan needed to win the game against Juventus but instead of sending a big signal, they looked lacklustre from the start and only had one (!) shot on target. This came in the 95th minute as the Rossoneri pushed forward, but the willingness was lacking significantly.

The start to the season has been far from good, in other words, and Milan now have just 19 points after 12 games. In the last five seasons, with the current one included, this is the lowest points tally by four points, with last season being the second-lowest at 23.

In the Scudetto season, meanwhile, Milan had 32 points after 12 games so there has been a clear drop-off since by the team. By all accounts, the Rossoneri are not progressing in the right direction and it remains to be seen how Gerry Cardinale will react to this stat.

Fonseca stated after the game that he still believes in the Scudetto but based on how they played tonight, this can only be labelled as delusion.
