In recent years, Pedri has quickly established himself as one of the best in world football. Even at the age of just 23, he has become a key player for Barcelona, making almost 250 competitive appearances for the club.
In light of his growing stature, the Spaniard has bagged a lucrative contract from Adidas, which has won the race to extend their partnership with the Barcelona midfielder, reports Mundo Deportivo.
Indeed, Pedri has signed a multi-million dollar deal with Adidas, which has beaten several other major sports brands in the world to secure a deal with Pedri that was set to expire after the World Cup.

The new deal will tie Adidas and Pedri together until 2030.
The renewal has been agreed in close collaboration with Pedri’s agency, Leaderbrock Sports and their marketing subsidiary TQTK Studios.
The agreement follows months of negotiations and positions the Barcelona midfielder among the highest-paid brand ambassadors in world football, with annual earnings estimated in the millions.
The timing is significant for Adidas. The brand is set to lose their long-standing partnership with the German Football Association in 2027, ending a relationship that spanned over 77 years.
In that context, doubling down on a global face like Pedri is just the kind of opportunity Adidas was looking for.

With more than 22 million social media followers and a trophy cabinet that already includes three La Liga titles, two Copa del Rey winners’ medals, Euro 2020 glory and the 2021 Golden Boy award, Pedri’s appeal has only grown with time.
Adidas are looking to position him alongside other young global stars such as Lamine Yamal and Jude Bellingham as the centrepiece of their next era of ambassadors.
His current form, combined with his profile heading into the World Cup, makes him one of the most attractive commercial assets in the sport right now.
