PSG retained the Champions League on Saturday, beating Arsenal 1-1, 4-3 on penalties, and debate has turned to whether Luis Enrique’s side can build a European dynasty.

According to L'Équipe, celebrations continued at the Parc des Princes on Sunday night, with Nasser al-Khelaïfi on the pitch as smiles stretched across the squad.

With an average age of 24 years and 237 days, PSG are the third youngest winners of the competition. Joao Neves is 21 and Nuno Mendes 23.

Luis Campos floated a back-to-back-to-back on social media and Ousmane Dembélé told supporters they would return next year for a third, while Nuno Mendes urged people to enjoy the moment and think about the World Cup first. Captain Marquinhos, 32, warned that only relentless standards will prevent a sharp drop.

Former defender Alain Roche said past dynasties at Milan and Barcelona were rooted in squad stability, and Paris now have the means to retain theirs. A senior intermediary pointed to an embedded winning culture, targeted upgrades and Luis Enrique’s insistence that recruits fit the model.

Atlético de Madrid director Carlos Bucero said rivals can only congratulate PSG and strive to match them. Another senior figure listed Liverpool, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barça and Bayern among the few pursuing long-term sporting construction, with Paris seen as likely regular semi-finalists. An English executive added that the Enrique and Campos axis is crucial, and dominance over four or five years could follow if both stay, though any departure would upset that balance.
