Real Madrid’s transfer plans for the coming season are currently underway. Denzel Dumfries and Ibrahima Konate are on the verge of a move to the Whites, and the rumors surrounding Michael Olise continue
On Thursday, Real president Florentino Perez announced that if he wins the upcoming presidential elections, the club will soon make an offer of 150 million euros for a top player
Although he denied some names, including Erling Haaland and Michael Olise, according to the English Telegraph, there is talk behind closed doors that this was just a diversionary tactic
Pérez said that if he wins the vote on Sunday, he will make an offer for a player on Tuesday. He did not name the target player, but said he does not play in the Premier League and is a „galactico“, or one of the best players in the world
Although there is also interest from Madrid in Paris St-Germain midfielder João Neves, it is said that Olise would be Pérez’s first choice should he win the vote. And José Mourinho is also a fan of the Frenchman

Whether Olise, the former Crystal Palace striker, can be prised away from FC Bayern remains to be seen. FC Bayern will certainly fight to keep hold of the French international, and not just because of his contract until the summer of 2029. Meanwhile, Fabrizio Romano also followed up and reported on the planned bid for Olise, which is due to be made on Tuesday
Irrespective of the fact that his contract is to be extended early at better terms anyway, Bayern officials have made it clear several times in recent weeks that they categorically rule out selling the attacking player this summer. Even 150 million euros won’t change that. Bayern are financially stable enough to turn down such a sum without any problems.
