Al-Hilal have intensified their bid to sign Luis Diaz, pressing Bayern Munich to agree a sale before the new season. According to Goal.com, their pursuit has accelerated in recent hours as they look to strengthen on the wing.
The Saudi club are prepared to meet a buyout of around 120 million dollars, a figure that would sit among the Saudi Roshn League’s most expensive transfers.
Al-Hilal’s negotiator is applying sustained pressure on Bayern’s board, yet the German side continue to insist on keeping Diaz. Their stance has held firm after also rejecting the idea of parting with Michael Olise.
Al-Hilal have set a final deadline seeking a definitive answer this week, aiming to settle their foreign-winger business before moving on to the rest of their plans.
The package goes beyond any fee, with Diaz expected to earn more than 37 million euros per year if a move progresses. Such terms could be hard to refuse, but only if Bayern open the door to talks.
Diaz is among Al-Hilal’s priority attacking targets after Simone Inzaghi and his staff requested a world-class addition on the flank. The final decision remains with Bayern, whose stance is yet to be resolved.
