Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho’s price tag has been revealed by The Athletic amidst clear Chelsea interest.

It’s not exactly blown up with big Chelsea transfer news but this is probably because at the moment the club have been concentrating on playing in the Club World Cup.

There is also a situation bubbling up with Andrey Santos, who will be disappointed not to have played yet for Chelsea in the Club World Cup and will surely be weighing up his own future right now. The Santos noise is soon going to start increasing.

Garnacho wanted by Chelsea

It’s become clear that there is a lot to these Garnacho and Chelsea links and it feels like it’s been gathering legs in the last few days.

Chelsea and Manchetser United have been considering a move that would see Garnachio head to Chelsea, and Christopher Nkunku potentially go to United.

His price tag

The Athletic report that Manchester United have communicated a price of £70million to Alejandro Garnacho’s suitors. The report also confirms that Chelsea hold an interest.

There is no way that any club should be thinking about paying that much to land a player like Garnacho right now. He’s still raw, inconsistent, and has some issues with his attitude.

But I guess if United want Nkunku, then something could be done!
