Alfie Cresswell signs new deal at Leeds United | OneFootball

Leeds United are pleased to announce Under-21s captain Alfie Cresswell has put pen to paper on a new contract with the club.

The three-year deal will see the versatile midfielder continue his development at Thorp Arch until 2028.

Cresswell notably skippered Scott Gardner’s side to National League Cup success last term, lifting the trophy as the Whites defeated Sutton United in the final.

Capable of playing in the heart of the engine room and across the backline, the 18-year-old has started the new Premier League 2 campaign off in fine form, scoring twice in the opening three matches and impressed in last night’s National League Cup victory over Scunthorpe United.
