Álvaro Arbeloa is set to become the new Fulham manager on a three-year deal according to reports.
The former Liverpool and West Ham United defender took over the Real Madrid first team midway through the 2025/26 season following the sacking of Xabi Alonso.
Having previously overseen the Spanish side's B team, Arbeloa ended up in the dugout for 28 Real Madrid matches with a record of 18 wins, two draws, and eight defeats.
After leaving Madrid at the end of the season, 43-year-old Arbeloa is now set to replace Marco Silva at Fulham according to The Athletic. The Cottagers are reportedly finalising Arbeloa's appointment with the manager set to sign until the end of the 2028/29 season.
Fulham finished 11th in the Premier League this past season just one point away from European football.
