MIAMI – The 2025/26 Concacaf Friendly Series continued with 12 nations taking part in international friendlies on Thursday. 

Saint Martin, Bonaire and Anguilla all won while the other three matches ended in draws.

Group A

Martinique 2-2 Cuba

Cuba kept its unbeaten streak in the competition going with a 2-2 draw against Martinique at Estadio Cibao in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic

Luis Paradela opened the scoring for Cuba in the 22’. Martinique replied with a goal from Kevin Appin four minutes later, and one by Janis Antiste in the 42’. 

Karel Espino netted the equalizer in the 50’ for Cuba.

Dominican Republic 2-2 El Salvador

The Dominican Republic and El Salvador played to a 2-2 draw at Estadio Cibao in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

The hosts opened the scoring in the 15’ with a strike from Junior Firpo.

Trailing 1-nil at the break, La Selecta flipped the script with goals from Nathan Ordaz in the 62’ and 78’.  

The Dominican Republic fought until the end and found the late equalizer in the 90’+4’ by way of Dorny Romero.

Group C

Saint Martin 3-1 Barbados

Saint Martin rolled to a 3-1 victory over Barbados at Antonio Trinidad Stadium in Rincon, Bonaire

After a scoreless first half, the scoring got going with two quick goals from Jean-Baptiste Leo in the 56’ and 57’.

Jaron Oughterson netted the lone goal for Barbados in the 85’. The third Saint Martin tally came by way of an own goal in the 88’.

Bonaire 3-1 Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Bonaire earned a 3-1 win over Saint Vincent and the Grenadines at Antonio Trinidad Stadium in Rincon, Bonaire

The visitors opened the scoring in the 37’ thanks to a goal from Steven Pierre. Bonaire responded two minutes later with an equalizer in the 39’ from Devin Koorn.

Goalkeeper Lemus Christopher was charged with an own goal in the 57’ to put Bonaire back ahead, and Christopher Isenia finished it off with a strike in the 77’.

Group D

Anguilla 3-1 Bahamas

Anguilla earned a 3-1 win over Bahamas at Truman Bodden Sports Complex in George Town, Cayman Islands

The Bahamas got on the board first with a goal from Robert Holcombe in the 15’. 

Anguilla fought back and leveled it right before the half as Jan-Willem Tesselaar found the back of the net in the 43’. Tesselaar struck again to notch his brace as he converted from the penalty spot in the 52’.

Jonathan Guishard put a stamp on the win for Anguilla in the 83’.

Cayman Islands 1-1 British Virgin Islands

The Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands played to a 1-1 draw at Truman Bodden Sports Complex in George Town, Cayman Islands

Shakur Silburn opened the scoring for the hosts in the 7’. The British Virgin Islands leveled it up in the 20’ off a goal from Javaun Splatt.
