Anna Mallardi promoted to the Women’s First Team! | OneFootball

Just a little over 11 months after signing her first professional contract with the club, Anna Mallardi has officially been promoted to the Juventus Women’s First Team. 

The 16-year-old goalkeeper will now, as a result, be working day to day under the instructions of Massimiliano Canzi. 

This comes as great news for the player and the Club, but it won’t come as a surprise to anybody who has followed her journey with us. In the summer of 2024, then just 15 years old, Anna was part of the First Team squad who headed to the United States for The Women’s Cup, an experience that she took a lot from.

She has since shown her maturity with the Primavera side, playing with Marco Bruzzano’s Under-19s and having a starring role last season as they won an unprecedented treble of the Serie A title, the Italian Cup, and the Viareggio Women’s Cup. 

This latest step is just that, and it is the most recent example of progression in a promising young career. We have no doubt that this is not a point of arrival, but a starting point.
