Arsenal are in discussions over a move for Leicester City teenager Jeremy Monga this summer, with the Gunners exploring a deal, football.london reports. A transfer is being considered for the highly rated forward.

The 16-year-old has been a regular presence in City's first-team group across the past two seasons. He debuted in the Premier League in 2024/25 at 15, then made seven league appearances from April to season's end under Ruud van Nistelrooy.

Any agreement could be worth between £10m and £15m to City. If terms cannot be resolved, a tribunal could decide whether Arsenal have made a reasonable offer.

Despite relegation to the Championship, Leicester resisted approaches last summer, with Monga signing an academy scholarship after turning 16. That arrangement is expected to become a professional contract on his 17th birthday, 10 July.

Across the last campaign he played 30 times in all competitions and became the Championship's youngest goalscorer when he struck against Preston North End in August.

Monga is currently with England's under-18s, scoring the winner in a 2-1 victory over Greece under-19s and also finding the net in a 6-1 win against Cyprus. Former manager Marti Cifuentes praised his talent, humility and bravery, and said he was developing well with the freedom to express himself.
