AS Roma exploring deal for Leipzig winger Nusa | OneFootball

AS Roma have made initial contact through intermediaries for a potential deal to bring Antonio Nusa to the Italian capital. RB Leipzig are not planning to sell the Norwegian this summer, especially if Yan Diomande departs the club for a significant transfer fee as expected.

According to Sky Sports, RB Leipzig would only consider offers in the range of €60 million for the World Cup star. Nusa scored one of the finest goals of the tournament in Norway’s Round of 32 win over Diomande’s Côte d'Ivoire.

The 21-year-old also played in the subsequent games against Brazil and England as Ståle Solbakken’s side made a memorable journey until the quarter-final.

Including Diomande, RB Leipzig World Cup stars are expected to return to training on Monday, but Nusa has an option to travel directly to the training camp in Austria at a later date due to Norway reaching the latter stage of the tournament.
