According to El Correo, a group of Athletic club members relocated to the south ring of San Mamés have raised safety concerns, arguing recent changes benefit VIP users.
The move followed the creation of the Herri Harmaila.

The group says conditions in the south ring have worsened and that extra room has been afforded to VIP users.
They argue the interests of some should not come at the expense of other supporters.
Their complaint centres on the reallocation and its impact on space in the south ring.
