The Spanish newspaper reports that Lamine Yamal is on the verge of buying the villa formerly owned by Shakira and Gerard Piqué. Located in Esplugues de Llobregat, the property has been on the market since 2022, right after the Colombian singer and the former Barça defender split up. Built on a 3,800 m2 plot, the estate features a main house and two additional residences.

The entire property boasts both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a gym, a wine cellar, and a recording studio. This luxury could change hands for a cool €11 million.
