Barcelona hit magic number for return to 1:1 rule | OneFootball

La Liga giants Barcelona have this week secured for themselves a major boost on the transfer front.

This comes amid confirmation that the Blaugrana can now operate normally on the market, having returned to the much-discussed 1:1 rule enforced by the Spanish football authorities.

The Camp Nou brass have been hard at work across the summer to date, in efforts to get their books back in order.

As much has culminated in Robert Lewandowski’s considerable wage packet being shifted, alongside that of Ansu Fati, now a permanent AS Monaco player.

Elsewhere, backup goalkeeper Iñaki Peña has departed for Greek heavyweights Panathinaikos.

And as confirmed by Mundo Deportivo, the 1:1 rule has been implemented once more in the Spotify Camp Nou boardroom as a result. Broken down in simple terms, this means that:
