Spanish football’s two biggest clubs have this week been credited with a fresh interest in the services of Levante breakout talent Karl Etta Eyong.

This comes amid confirmation that both Barcelona and Real Madrid are keeping a close eye on the development of the 22-year-old.

Frontman Etta Eyong has for his part exploded into prominence in Spanish football across the season to date.

Across spells with Villarreal and then Levante, the Cameroonian has racked up nine direct goal contributions in La Liga.

Such stellar production has long begun to pique attentions across the continent, with a number of clubs having already been tipped as potential landing spots for a player widely expected to be on the move next summer.

And chief amongst them, as alluded to above, are Clásico rivals Barcelona and Real Madrid.

After holding an interview with Etta Eyong for GiveMeSport on Friday, transfer journalist Ben Jacobs confirmed that the young goalscorer is in the sights of all of the Blaugrana, Los Blancos, and Premier League outfit Manchester United.
