Barcelona remain open to further departures if the right offers are brought in – Report | OneFootball

The departure of Inigo Martinez from Barcelona was unexpected, but it still went through. However, other exits are also expected this summer. While they continue to be worked on, certain departures are already planned for a reason.

For instance, the likes of Oriol Romeu, Hector Fort, and Inaki Pena are all expected to leave in these final days of the transfer window. However, beyond just the expected departures, Barça remains open to the possibility of more as well.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the club is not closing the door for other players to leave if they request a transfer. As long as they bring in an acceptable offer, Barça would not stand in their way if they are looking to leave.

If the players believe that they will not have a lot of prominence under Hansi Flick and will not get a lot of minutes, the club would understand their situation. However, despite being linked to possible exits this summer, the likes of Marc Casado and Fermin Lopez remain committed to staying at Barça.

The transfer window is set to close soon

With just a week still left before the summer transfer window closes, Barça could still see some surprises emerge. For now, only the planned exits remain on the table, but things could change between now and the beginning of September.
