Barcelona are looking to lure Manchester United teenage sensation JJ Gabriel away from Old Trafford, according to the Sun.

Gabriel has been a key player for the Man United Under-18s this term, with ten goals in ten games to his name.

The 15-year-old has trained with the Red Devils’ senior team, and manager Ruben Amorim is a huge fan.

Man United director of football Jason Wilcox convinced Gabriel to stay at the club, but Barca are making a serious effort to sign him.

He was pictured with Lamine Yamal during a visit to Spain, and the chance to link up with him could be tempting.

Gabriel notched a hat-trick to help Man United U18 defeat Liverpool 7-0 last weekend.

The England U16 international grabbed an incredible solo goal, going past four Liverpool players as he twisted and turned in the box before firing home.

The teenage attacker could be in line to make his first-team debut for Man United in the FA Cup next month. However, Gabriel will not be rushed, despite his potential and talents.

Man United will have to convince Gabriel that remaining with them is the best decision for his career.

Barca will continue to keep tabs on him as they look to add him to their academy ranks.
