Barcelona’s Bradley Barcola links clarified | OneFootball

Clarification regarding the surprise links between La Liga giants Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain star Bradley Barcola has been provided this week.

This comes amid the assurance that the Blaugrana are not currently working on a deal for the Frenchman.

Winger Barcola has for his part been heavily rumoured to bring a close to his stint on the books of PSG this summer. With the European champions working on a deal for RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomandé, the explosive winger has been tipped as the odd man out in Luis Enrique’s squad.

To date, Liverpool have been the club most persistently pushed as Barcola’s next landing spot.

As alluded to above, though, over recent days, it was suggested that Barcelona could also enter the running for the 23-year-old’s services.

Fresh off landing both Anthony Gordon and Karim Adeyemi, these rumours came as something of a surprise. In turn, it has not been at all surprising to learn of the links, almost as quickly as they surfaced, now being firmly shut down.

As per a report from market insider Fabrizio Romano, there is ‘no truth’ in the reports linking Barcola with a move to Barcelona.
