Bayern Munich's preparations for their upcoming Champions League quarter-final with Inter have been rocked by an injury to Jamal Musiala.
After scoring the equalising goal, Musiala had to be substituted during Friday night's 3-1 Bundesliga over Augsburg with an injury to his left thigh.
A report from Sky Germany on Saturday morning claimed the 22-year-old will be out for eight weeks with the injury, which would mean he wouldn't play again in the Bundesliga this season.
And while Bayern have not confirmed the expected length of the forward's absence, an official statement released on Saturday confirmed a muscle tear.
"FC Bayern will be without Jamal Musiala for the time being," read the statement.
"The 22-year-old attacker suffered a torn muscle in the back of his left thigh during Friday evening's 3-1 Bundesliga match against FC Augsburg.
"This was confirmed by an examination by the German record champions' medical department."
