FC Bayern Munich have expressed an interest in Manchester United target Tyler Dibling.

There have been numerous rumours swirling in January that Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho may depart the club.

This has resulted in different attacking options being discussed as potential arrivals with Mathys Tel recently dominating the headlines, as he is apparently waiting for United to make their move before the end of the window.

One other attacking option the Red Devils are reportedly considering is Southampton youngster Dibling.

The 18 year old has been in brilliant form for the Saints and was electric in both matches versus United this season.

Numerous Premier League clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United have been credited with an interest in the winger but he is also attracting attention from the continent.

The Sun report that “wonderkid Tyler Dibling is being chased by three German giants.”

Clearly the Bundesliga are also admirers of “one of the brightest” youngsters in the English game as “reports in Germany claimed last week that the teenager is being courted by RB Leipzig – with the club’s owners determined to push through a deal” and he is believed to be the German’s number one target in the summer.

The English newspaper also states that “Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also now chasing the player.”

And Bayern believe they may hold a trump card as the opportunity to play alongside Harry Kane will add an extra appeal to Dibling.

Nonetheless, despite all of this interest, Southampton are unlikely to let the player leave until the summer at the earliest, as he is vital to any remote chance they have of Premier League survival.

The teenager has played 24 times this season, scoring four goals and providing two assists in all competitions.
