Nicolas Jackson experienced his first outing in the Bayern Munich shirt this Saturday, September 13, 2025. The Senegalese forward came on in the second half during the Bavarians’ overwhelming win over Hamburg (5-0) at the Allianz Arena, on Matchday 3 of the Bundesliga.
Vincent Kompany’s men delivered a top-class performance against the visiting Hamburg side. Serge Gnabry broke the deadlock just three minutes in, set up perfectly by Marcel Laimer. Five minutes later, Aleksandar Pavlovic—starting in place of Leon Goretzka—doubled the lead for the reigning German champions.Harry Kane, living up to his reputation as a clinical finisher, netted his fourth Bundesliga goal of the season to widen the gap. Summer signing Luis Díaz also got on the scoresheet, allowing Bayern to head into the break with a commanding 4-0 lead and effectively putting the match to bed.
The second half saw the highly anticipated debut of Nicolas Jackson, who thus got his first taste of the German top flight. Wearing number 11, the Munich newcomer stepped onto the Allianz Arena pitch for the first time in his new colors, coming on for goalscorer Serge Gnabry.
Harry Kane capped off his performance by bagging a brace in the 62nd minute, sealing the final score at 5-0. This victory ensures Bayern remain unbeaten and firmly atop the Bundesliga table with three wins from three matches.
