Bayern prepare second offer for Woltemade | OneFootball

Having seen an opening bid of €40 million plus €5 million in bonuses for Nick Woltemade turned down by VfB Stuttgart, Bayern Munich are now planning to increase their offer, according to Bild.

The German tabloid reports that the Bundesliga champions are expected to submit a new bid for the German international later this week.

It’s further claimed that Stuttgart’s board has agreed that if Bayern’s next offer reaches at least €65 million, the club will consider whether that provides a basis to arrange an in-person meeting with Bayern to discuss a potential transfer.

So far, Stuttgart bosses Fabian Wohlgemuth and Alexander Wehrle have declined to meet with Bayern about the striker, as the difference in valuation has simply been too big.
