Bednarek was sent off in the opening minutes of Nottingham Forest v Porto in the Europa League quarter-final second leg in Nottingham.
According to O Jogo, the Polish centre-back saw red after a VAR review following his challenge on Chris Wood.

At 30, it was only the second dismissal of his career.
The first came in February 2021 for Southampton at Manchester United, when he was sent off on 86 minutes.
United won that match 9-0, and Bednarek had earlier scored an own goal at 34 minutes.
