The previous league high at the ground was 65,467 for the 2010 visit of Rio Ave, a match that sealed Benfica's title.

The overall attendance record at the current ground remains 66,387, set in 2026 against Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League play-off for a place in the last 16, which they won 1-0. That was 21 more than the Porto draw.

Benfica visit Arouca on Saturday 14 March at 20:30 in matchday 26 of the Liga Portugal Betclic, facing Vasco Seabra's side.
