Beşiktaş have entered into talks with Sunderland’s Wilson Isidor (25) and West Ham’s Alphonse Areola (32) as the winter transfer window draws to a close, according to a report from Foot Mercato.

The Black Cats’ striker, who has scored four goals in the Premier League this season, is reportedly the Black and Whites’ preferred option to replace England international Tammy Abraham, who joined Aston Villa earlier this month. Areola, Hammers’ first-choice goalkeeper, is also being targeted by the current fifth-placed team in the Turkish Süper Lig.

West Ham’s Soucek and Wolves Bellegarde also targeted

Having played 19 times in the Premier League this season, the former Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper has conceded 34 goals and is still searching for his first clean sheet.

Looking towards the Premier League, Beşiktaş are also said to be interested in Wolves midfielder Jean-Ricner Bellegarde (27) and Czech international Thomas Soucek (30). It promises to be a busy end to the transfer window for the Turkish side.
